Fifth Generation (Great Great Grandparents) 16. Redmond CAFFERATA was born 1847 in Liverpool, Lancashire, England. Redmond married Ellen BARTON in 1871. He took over running of Cafferata and Co. in 1881. He died December 19th 1913 at Harrowby House, Grantham, Lincolnshire at the age of 66.  [Parents] 17.Ellen BARTON was born in 1852. After marrying Redmond she bore 13 children, 12 of whom survived until maturity, several later joined the family firm. She died February 12th 1914, also at Harrowby House. [Child] 18. Michel DE BARTHOLOMEI. Russian Ambassador in Washington, prior to becoming Lord Chamberlain to Czars Alexander II and III, possibly Nicholas II. The Count reputedly spoke 30 languages and stood 6'10" tall. Served as Ambassador from November 1880. 19. Frances Mary DE BARTHOLOMEI. Reputedly a daughter of the Duke of Hamilton. Ran away to Russia with her music teacher then married the count. [Child] 24. Edward PRICKETT was born 1852 in Middlesex. He died 1927. Edward married Hannah SEAMONS. 25. Hannah SEAMONS was born in Weedon, Nr Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. She died 1921. [Child] 26. James FELL died 1897. He married DUCKWORTH. 27. DUCKWORTH was born 1855.
